Organizational Structure
The
constitutive bodies of SEDA are: Board of Directors, Advisory
Committee(s), Executive Committee, and Managing Committees of the
local Organization working under SEDA supervision.
Board of Directors
The
Board of Directors exercises general supervision over the affairs of
SEDA and provides the overall policy guidance for all its
activities, functions and management including employment. The Board
is also responsible to raise donations in cash and kind to meet the
expenditure of SEDA and contribute towards achievement of its aims
and objectives.
The
Board in its meetings decides the annual program of activities. The
meetings of the Board are held periodically as and when deemed
necessary. However, holding of at least one meeting in a year is
obligatory. The Board of Directors is headed by the Chairman who is
also responsible for the day to day functioning of SEDA within the
framework authorized by the Board of Directors.

Planning
SEDA is committed to investigate Educational, Social and Economic
issues facing Pakistani community currently.
ii. Our future planning is to maintain close
collaboration with academic institutions, think tanks and NGOs in
Pakistan & internationally to investigate the issues & threats
facing International community in current scenario which is
generally called terrarium. We are looking for organizations
committed to similar goals and objectives.
